The first thing we’ll talk about is caffeine. Caffeine has been touted as a mild stimulant. This means that it can increase your sex drive by temporarily increasing your testosterone. However, there is a down side to caffeine. Overuse of this ingredient can lead to headaches, fatigue, and loss of concentration. It’s not something that’s necessary to solve your ED problem, but it’s definitely worth considering for the sake of your health.

Some fats are good for you too. Saturated fats can improve blood flow and have been shown to help circulation. Cholesterol is also a fat. The problem is that high levels of LDL have been associated with heart disease. So if you’re concerned about cardiovascular health, avoiding foods high in cholesterol could be a wise move.

Some foods have natural ingredients that act as antidepressants. It’s possible that this list is incomplete, as there are still a great many more. However, the top 5 foods for erectile dysfunction should at least include the spices mentioned above. In addition, certain herbs can also act as mood enhancers and aphrodisiacs.
