Preparing to Take the FBI Fitness Test Without Practice
Many top level bodybuilders will do the FBI Fitness Test without ever lifting a weight. I am not suggesting that they would fail, but they would have very little to gain from doing it. The test is a collection of one hundred and sixty questions that are all based on how your physique looks. Your answers will be compared to an image of someone with the same physique to see if you look the same. If your answer doesn’t look the same as the sample picture then you must have some incorrect answers.
In order to do the FBI Fitness Test without practice, you will have to spend an hour in the gym. This doesn’t sound like much, but that is about three or four hours more than you could ever spend working out at the gym without getting hurt. The reason that you have to spend an hour in the gym is because the questions are all related to your body type and body fat percentage. This will allow you to know exactly what type of changes you need to make to improve your physique.
A lot of bodybuilders try the Fitness Test without trying to change their diets… and with this in mind, there is no way for them to succeed. If you were to do this, you would be giving yourself undue stress and possibly injury. You really don’t want to try this, unless you are a professional bodybuilder.
A lot of the answers on the FBI Fitness Test are going to be very difficult for you to answer, so you might want to try another approach
A lot of people who are trying the fitness test without practice get too focused on answering one question and neglecting the rest of the questions. You should always answer all of the questions, even the ones that don’t make sense to you. Then you will have a better understanding of how your body works and what you can do to improve it. Remember that you didn’t become a bodybuilder overnight.
There are a lot of misconceptions about working out. Bodybuilders think that all they have to do is lift weights and their bodies will automatically get bigger and stronger. This isn’t true! Your bodybuilding schedule should include lots of cardiovascular exercise. This will help you burn more calories which will lead to weight loss.
Don’t forget to eat often! This goes hand in hand with cardio exercise. Eating healthy will keep your metabolism high so that you can continue burning calories even when you aren’t working out. Be sure to keep a food journal to track everything that you eat. You never know when you might be found out during your investigation.
When you decide to go on the FBI Fitness Test without any practice, you’ll have to complete a lot of different challenges. It’s not like you can watch television or read a couple of magazine articles. Try to stay focused and motivated and don’t let anything stop you from achieving your goals.
These tips will help you if you are going to attempt to answer one of the fitness questions found on the exam
If you have done your homework and prepared for the exam, you won’t have much trouble answering any of the questions. Remember to eat right and exercise. These will help you succeed when you want to be a bodybuilder. Make sure you always stay dedicated to your goal and you will do well on the fitness exam.
The exam consists of three aptitude-based sections and they are Intelligence, athletics and personality. You will be asked questions about your current fitness level, your past experience in bodybuilding and how long you’ve been a bodybuilder. Don’t worry, there are no right or wrong answers. The only thing that matters is whether or not you are willing to talk about the three areas. If you don’t know what to say, simply choose one of your best answers and then use examples from your bodybuilding career to support it.
If you have done your homework and prepared for this test, you shouldn’t have a problem answering any of the fitness questions. If you have practiced, though, be sure to try some of the sample questions to see how you would respond to them before trying to answer it on your own. If there is something you aren’t quite sure about, don’t hesitate to ask the examiner to repeat the question until you get the correct answer. Many examiners are great at asking questions and giving the right answer, but they aren’t always as good as experienced bodybuilders in interpreting questions when it comes to the real life scenarios they will face when applying for a government job.
One of the hardest things about the FBI fitness test without a lot of practice is answering the multiple-choice questions. While you may be confident in your answer because you’ve already thought about your answer before, other bodybuilders won’t have that same confidence. Choose your answer carefully and spend time thinking about how you want to respond to the questions. When you are sure you have completely thought out your response, give a confident answer and then ask if the examiner can verify your answer. Hopefully, these few tips will help you prepare for your try so that you can score an edge over all of the other qualified bodybuilders.
